News Release:

KHI-Ali Manila Inc. (“KAM”), a joint venture between Kingdom Hotel Investments (“KHI”) (80% interest) and Ayala Land Inc. (20% interest), has signed a US$103 million construction contract with D.M. Consunji, Inc. (“DMCI”) for the construction of the Raffles Residences Makati in Manila.

D.M. Consunji, Inc. (“DMCI”) is known today as the country’s “Builder of Landmarks”. Their landmark projects are Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP), Manila Hotel, Folks Arts Theater, Aguinaldo National Shrine (restoration only), Roxas Triangle, Stock Exchange Building (Ayala), SM Megamall, Shangri-La Hotels (Makati, Edsa and Mactan)

Garry Constantine, Director, KAM, Manila acknowledged that, "with DMCI’s proven track record in Manila, Raffles Residences Makati continues to reach new heights."

Construction Activities:

With all the new activity occurring, the development is progressing and construction is well underway. Excavation is already complete and the branded perimeter fencing erected is the gateway to foundation works. Concrete structures, installation of electromechanical plumbing systems as well as a high-tech curtain walling are all planned for the upcoming months.

Sales Activities:
